Wattana started 1999/2000 season with 1999 British Open, I am very sorry that I'd not updated this page for a month. From now on, I promise you with a premium in term of content which I believe I somehow can obtain more information of James.

Thai tornado passed to the third round by beating Hugh Abernethy from Scottland 5-4 frames and went on to defeat John Parrott, 1991 Word Championship, in the fourth round with the score 5-3 reaching the fifth round against Peter Ebdon....Ebdon who in the past, rarely beated James. This time, Ebdon disproved the fact. He won 5-2 over James Wattana. Even though for this tournament, James couldn't get in through the quaterfinal. This might be a good sign for James because from the past statistics, James always lost at the first match of season...

In addition, up until now, I heard about James has changed his cue stick as well as his hair style... If anyone know what the reason why he changed his cue, please let's me and other interested people know.

The former 1991 World Champion
John Parrott losted at his fourth
round (32) of 1999 British Open to
James Wattana.

And Here's Peter Ebdon, who
we can say that he was James's
underdog in the past, but today
he proved himself already.
